Feels Like Home
I always believed that real estate is about more than helping clients buy and sell homes. It’s about investing in the community we’re proud to call home. At The Lysette Ketterer Group, that belief guides everything we do, from the way we serve our clients to the causes we choose to support.
My connection to Friends of Joshua House began in middle school when I volunteered there for the first time. Seeing the resilience of those children and the refuge Friends of Joshua House provided left a lasting impression on me. Giving back has remained an important part of my life ever since. It’s also one of the many values my husband, Mark, and I share. For more than a decade, he has worked with Tampa Bay nonprofits, and together we’ve made it a priority to support organizations that strengthen our community.
That same commitment is shared across our team and inspired the creation of our Feels Like Home Referral Program. Just as we help families find a place they can truly call home, we want to help the children at Joshua House experience that same sense of comfort, stability, and belonging.
How It Works
Share our name and contact information with someone considering buying or selling a home, or send us their information with their permission.
We will personally reach out, answer questions, and provide the trusted advice and support we’re known for throughout their real estate journey.
As a thank you for your referral, we make a donation in your name to Friends of Joshua House, whether your referral ultimately chooses to work with us or not.
