Feels Like Home Referral Program
I’ve always believed in giving back to the community that helped form the person I am today. My connection to Friends of Joshua House began in middle school, when my classmates and I volunteered there for the first time. Seeing the resilience of those children and the refuge Joshua House provided made a lasting impact on me. Philanthropy is also one of the reasons my husband, Mark, and I connected—he has spent over a decade working with Tampa Bay nonprofits, and together we’ve made it a priority to support the organizations that strengthen the place that we’re proud to call home. That shared commitment is what inspired my Feels Like Home Referral Program, built around helping the kids at Joshua House feel the same sense of safety, comfort, and belonging that I work so hard to create for families here in Tampa Bay.
Here is how it works:
- Refer a friend or family member to me
Share my name and contact information with someone who is thinking about buying or selling, or send me their information with their permission. - I reach out and connect with them
I will personally contact your referral, answer their questions, and see how I can support them in their real estate journey. - A donation is made in your name to Friends of Joshua House
As a thank you for trusting me with your friends and family, I make a donation in your name to Friends of Joshua House, whether or not your referral ultimately chooses to work with me.
Together, every referral becomes more than an introduction. It’s a chance to support local kids, strengthen a mission that matters, and make a meaningful difference in the community we all love.
