She made us a detailed schedule of all our deadlines and worked really
well with our lender to get everything done without any hiccups. We
never felt unaware or confused during this process. Obviously as a
nurse and a physician we don't know anything about buying a house. It
was really helpful that Lysette educated us on everything. No matter
how silly or complicated our questions were, she made us feel
comfortable to ask anything. We didn't know Lysette prior to buying our
home but it feels like we are friends now. It is almost sad the process is
over. I guess I will just have to find new things to call and text her about.
I think that when you go through a home buying experience and you are
excited and happy the entire time, that says something about the people
working on your home purchase process. Normally is can be stressful
and even frustrating at times, but with Lysette it never was. Even during
negotiations of the purchase price, Lysette did a really fair job
representing both us and the seller. I think working both sides of the
deal can be difficult, but her ability to be transparent, respectful, and
protective of both parties was impressive. She is a young woman who
clearly has her act together in what can be a very competitive and cut
throat business. I wish Lysette and her entire team all the best of luck
selling lots and lots of real estate in the future!

Lysette was very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend her
to anyone. Her negotiating and guidance was incredible! I was very
happy with the entire experience. The house that I purchased was back
on the market very suddenly. Lysette notified me immediately and had
me in the house within 30 minutes of us knowing that it was back on the
market. She's on top of it! This was my first home. I imagined it being so
much more difficult to become a homeowner. It can be intimidating. Not
with Lysette and Century 21. Very smooth! Very happy with everyone
involved at Century 21! They were excellent!

Lysette is great! She is easy-going and a great listener. She took a lot
of time to help us find the right area. She is super responsive and very
easy to communicate with. Her negotiating skills are awesome! She
knows what a house is worth and sticks to her guns.

A true professional who very patiently adjusted our search until we hit a
bullseye. Unfortunately we dealt with difficult seller during a pandemic.
Her negotiating skills were put to the test to see the transaction through.
